Job summary

BENTELER Group in Shreveport, LA seeks a Training Administrator to coordinate programs, maintain records, and support LMS-enabled learning across the site.

You will develop SOPs and training materials, deliver onboarding, track certifications, and help drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Collaboration with HR and operations is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in training, HR, or manufacturing.
• Experience with LMS platforms is preferred.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into training materials.
• Experience creating SOPs/work instructions and change management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training programs and maintain records.
• Facilitate onboarding and instructor-led training sessions.
• Develop and maintain training presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
• Monitor compliance and support audits with accurate documentation.
• Support continuous improvement through training needs analyses.

Job Responsibilities

• Training Administration: Coordinate and schedule training programs, maintain training records, track certifications, and generate training reports.
• Training Delivery Support: Facilitate orientation, onboarding, and assigned instructor-led training sessions.
• Learning Material Development: Assist in the creation and maintenance of training presentations, work instructions, manuals, and e-learning content.
• Compliance and Recordkeeping: Monitor training compliance requirements, support audits, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, support training needs assessments, and recommend process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Associate degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field required; Bachelor degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in training, HR, manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience with LMS platforms preferred.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, standard work, problem-solving, and safety/quality systems.
• Experience creating SOPs/work instructions and partnering on change management (new equipment/process changes) strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into clear training materials (SOPs, work instructions, visual standards, and OJT checklists).
• Ability to stand and conduct training sessions.
• Training matrix development and administration.
• Report generation and analytics.
