It manages badge credentialing and access control by responding to inquiries, answering calls, and processing service tickets for associates and non-associates. The team fosters strong collaboration and clear communication to ensure efficient operations. Members demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. They embrace new tools and approaches to enhance service delivery, contributing to a positive and productive environment aligned with Walmart’s values and operational goals.
