Job Description:

The Category Management function will assist in development and implementation of commodity sourcing strategies through organizational and marketplace assessments. A successful Category Management Associate will work with cross-functional teams, analyze supplier performance, identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies, and support capability/capacity assessments. A key focus of this position includes partnering with Engineering and Operations to execute strategies for Country-of-Origin (COO) and rare-earth-element (REE) risk mitigation. Additionally, this role will require participation in supplier negotiations, sound business acumen and interpersonal skills, and focus on leveraging the organization’s scale to achieve the best possible quality, technology, cost, and delivery for our customers.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, thesalary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is$73,000 - $135,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
