As a Full Stack Software Engineer on the START team, you will play a key role in shaping Schwab's digital onboarding experience by designing, building, and enhancing client-facing applications used by a growing customer base. This opportunity allows you to leverage modern technologies including .NET Core, C#, Angular 19, TypeScript, and MongoDB to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available solutions that directly improve the client experience.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, architecture, and business partners to solve complex challenges, modernize existing platforms, and develop innovative capabilities that drive business outcomes. You will contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, applying sound engineering principles, software testing practices, and security-focused development approaches to ensure high-quality solutions. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, effective decision-making, adaptability in a fast-paced Agile environment, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
