Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking outgoing individuals to launch a career as Project Managers. You’ll start with paid training, then earn base pay plus bonuses and commissions as you grow your client base.

You’ll meet homeowners for free roof inspections, help navigate insurance claims, and become the face of the company from first contact to project completion, driving growth through hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be competitive, self-motivated and comfortable talking to new people.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a pickup truck within 60 days.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Community Outreach: meeting homeowners in person for free roof inspections.
• Helping Neighbors: assist with insurance navigation to repair homes.
• Managing Projects: act as the company face from first handshake to final shingle.
