Job summary

LTIMindtree in Woodlands, TX seeks a Senior SAP Analyst Finance Applications to support and enhance SAP Finance modules including FI CO and related submodules. The role requires translating financial processes into effective SAP solutions and leading end-to-end SAP FICO initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP FICO configuration, S/4HANA Finance, and strong collaboration with finance teams. On-site work in Woodlands, TX with opportunities for upgrades and BAU support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7 years of hands-on SAP FICO configuration and support experience.
• Strong understanding of financial processes including P2P, O2C, and R2R.
• Experience with SAP S4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and reporting tools (SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and support of SAP Finance modules FI CO AP AR AA GL and Bank Accounting.
• Collaborate with finance to gather requirements and deliver SAP solutions.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing within SAP.
• Work on integrations between SAP FICO and MM SD PS HR.
• Analyze and resolve complex SAP Finance issues and provide long-term solutions.
• Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancements, and S4HANA migrations.
• Create functional specs for custom developments with ABAP teams.
• Provide training and documentation for end users and support teams.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
