The Specialist, Media Operations supports the operational governance, financial integrity, technical measurement infrastructure, VIN feed coordination, and OEM co-op compliance of AutoNation’s media ecosystem. This role serves as an important operational partner within the enterprise media ecosystem, working closely with Finance, Marketing Analytics, Performance and Awareness Media teams, IT, and Agency partners to ensure media activity is fiscally accurate, technically enabled, operationally compliant, and performance-protected. The Specialist supports budget reconciliation, campaign tracking, inventory feed maintenance, and compliance monitoring while helping maintain the systems, processes, and documentation that power media performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working across financial, technical, and operational workflows in a fast-paced media environment.
