You will troubleshoot on-the-floor issues, participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, and assist in CCRB package execution, collaborating across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet business goals.

Competenze

• Doctorate degree or Master's degree with 2+ years of Manufacturing Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of Manufacturing Operations experience.

Mansioni

• Provide on-the-floor manufacturing support through observation and data analysis.
• Initiate, review, revise, and approve manufacturing procedures to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions and improve performance.
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, evaluating documentation, materials, training, and readiness requirements.
• Support Manufacturing Change Owners in the development and execution of CCRB packages impacting manufacturing processes.

• Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other departments to achieve business objectives.

Its services include the assessment and validation of automation equipment, network infrastructures and business processes, as well as the project management involved.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Specialist Manufacturing to provide technical support for manufacturing operations, ensuring process efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. This role will support day-to-day manufacturing activities, troubleshoot process issues, participate in new product introductions (NPI), and contribute to the implementation of manufacturing changes and special projects.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctorate degree, OR
• Master's degree and 2 years of Manufacturing Operations experience, OR
• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Manufacturing Operations experience
