Children’s Hospital Association is seeking a Specialist to manage the Analytics Learning Management System and related learning resources in a hybrid Lenexa, KS office. You will handle content, events, reporting, and learner engagement to drive adoption of Analytics programs.
You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to implement certificates, improve content, and run LMS reports to support continuous improvement.

This position will be based in our Lenexa, KS office. We observe a hybrid working model that consists of three days in the office, two days optional remote work.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration and content management of the Analytics Learning Management System (LMS) and related learning resources. The Specialist manages LMS content, learning resources, events, reporting, and learner engagement activities to support effective adoption of Analytics programs. The role executes approved learning strategies and partners closely with internal stakeholders.
This pay range shown is a guideline. Min: $70,000 Max: $120,000 Compensation is based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
