Vickers and Nolan Enterprises in Charleston, SC, seeks a TS/SCI/CI Poly Cleared Specialist, Information System Security III, to deliver system security and IA support for government programs. The role spans engineering, testing, configuration management, and cybersecurity across multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has advanced knowledge of RMF, DIACAP, eMASS and ACAS, and can lead security tasks, prepare artifacts, and ensure compliance with ATO requirements.

Qualifications

Degree in a technical or managerial discipline; or HS diploma with years of experience.
Candidate must have TS/SCI/CI poly clearance.
Experience in cybersecurity, IA processes, and risk management required.

Responsibilities

Support government IA processes across RMF, A&A, and C&A.
Develop and evaluate security controls for data handling up to classified levels.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

College degree in a technical or managerial related discipline
High school diploma or HS equivalency certificate is acceptable with additional years of experience

Experience

With a degree: Greater than five (5) years practical experience in a Cybersecurity, Engineering, T&E or A&A (formerly C&A) related field.
Without college degree: Greater than seven (7) years required.

Experience in

Working with Information Assurance tools such as DISA Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and may be required to hold a Full Security Control Assessor qualification
Responsibility for supporting all aspects of a Program Information Assurance (IA) processes tailored to include minimum qualification standards, fundamental awareness and familiarity to demonstrate competency with specific experience in Cyber Security, Engineering, Test & Evaluation, (T&E) and/or Security Control Assessor (SCA) under a Certification & Accreditation (C&A) and/or Assessment & Authorization (A&A) process
Demonstrating a working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and/or include prior experience with the Defense Information Assurance & Certification Accreditation Process (DIACAP)
Familiarity with security policies & guidance documents to assist with the preparation and maintenance of process artifacts, traceability documents purposed for compliance with Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements
Evaluating security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing up to classified information, and supervise and/or maintain the operational security posture for an information system or program
More senior specialists may assist or develop system security policy and ensure compliance of change management and configuration control processes
Planning and coordinating the IT security program and policies supporting the command leadership mission and goals.
TS/SCI/CI Poly level Clearance required.

Job Description

The scope of work covers systems engineering, technical, and management support services for the government and its associated acquisition, technology, logistics, and program management offices. Support is provided to multiple stakeholders responsible for the development, integration, and sustainment of specialized operational capabilities. The scope of support includes program management, engineering analysis and design, configuration management, testing, quality control, sustainment, cybersecurity, training, and field service representative (FSR) support for a static collection capability that functions as a subsystem within a larger integrated system.

This is in support of the development, production, and sustainment of specialized intelligence capabilities. Configuration management and associated systems engineering activities are conducted through a collaborative effort among multiple government and partner organizations to ensure interoperability, performance, and lifecycle support

Essential Duties of the Job

Ability to communicate task requirement information to client in a clear and concise manner.
Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as lead and participate in meetings and working groups.
Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard.
Must be able to attend work each day, during scheduled hours, unless on travel or approved time off.
Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face
