Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Specialist II, Distribution & Transportation Systems to optimize our distribution and transportation technology portfolio in Manchester, CT. You’ll connect operations and IT, analyze data, and drive improvements across systems to keep our network performing at its best.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, Transportation, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, processes, systems, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.
• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and successfully navigate changing priorities.
• Experience supporting distribution, transportation, warehouse management, or related business systems preferred.
• Experience with Manhattan Active WM (MAWM), Dozuki, or similar systems is a plus.

• Engineered labor standards, time studies, labor productivity measurement, and labor management practices.
• Labor Management System configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Manhattan Active Labor Management experience is strongly preferred.
