Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an on-site Specialist, HVAC Technician in Boston, MA. The role supports operation, inspection and maintenance of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in a Class A office building, with a 7:30–4:00 schedule and rotating on-call duties.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in repair or maintenance, trade school training, and an EPA certification or plan to obtain it within the first year.

• 3+ years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry.
• Trade school education or equivalent preferred; union training or military service acceptable.
• EPA Universal CFC certification or plan to obtain within first year with JLL support.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance tasks on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and general building systems.
• Maintain CMMS work orders daily and address tenant service requests.
• Assist on-call or emergency responses as needed while following safety procedures.

You will work as part of an engineering team of 2 at a 237,000 square foot Class A office building in Baltimore. Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 7:30 to 4:00pm + rotating on-call (1 week on call every 4 weeks)**What your day-to-day will look like:*** Complete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to: painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts, plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work and general maintenance (as allowed by any licensing requirements)* Maintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete any tenant service requests* Perform assigned preventive maintenance and inspection tasks* Support on-call or emergency response situations (if applicable)* Troubleshoot all building systems, including electrical, DDC and pneumatic controls* Comply with all safety procedures* Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs* Other projects and tasks to be assigned**On-site presence** **required****Complete job description available on JLL's internal portal****Required Qualifications:*** 3+ years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry* Trade school education, union training, military service or college is desirable* Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance)* Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs* Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall* Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive* Strong customer service skillsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
