Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE: APD), a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Specialist Electrician to support operations across the Midwest and southeastern United States. This is a residence-based position.
Specialist Electrician hold a highly demanding role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and the capability to lead maintenance crews when necessary. This position provides critical support to operations and may require availability on a 24‑hour per day, 7‑day per week basis to respond to plant needs.
Work is performed at facilities located throughout the United States, with primary responsibility for supporting the Industrial Gases (IG) South Subregion, which includes approximately 88 locations across the southeastern United States. Travel is expected to be significant within the assigned region, with occasional international travel outside North America as business needs require.
