Qualifications

• Valid General Journeyman, LME, MPE, or Electrician license.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an electrician.
• Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Demonstrated experience with commercial and industrial electrical systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• General maintenance knowledge and familiarity across various building systems and maintenance tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures across commercial and industrial facilities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to ensure accurate and compliant installations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems using appropriate testing devices and systematic problem-solving approaches.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet local and national electrical codes and safety standards.
• Assist with and regularly perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, door repairs, drywall work, and HVAC system maintenance.
• Collaborate with other trades professionals and project managers to complete projects on time and to specification.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and identifying potential hazards.
• Document work performed, materials used, and maintain accurate service records.
