Ferring Pharmaceuticals in Parsippany, New Jersey is seeking a Specialist, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to support compliance, training administration, incident investigations, and emergency preparedness at a cGMP aseptic facility. You will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen safety culture.
The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 1–3 years of EHS experience in regulated manufacturing, with preference for aseptic operations.

The Specialist, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) supports EHS compliance, training administration, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, and safety programs within a cGMP-regulated aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, promote safe work practices, support audits and inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen site safety performance and foster a proactive safety culture.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety, occupational safety, environmental science, engineering, industrial hygiene, chemistry, or related technical discipline.
1 - 3 years of EHS experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
Experience supporting cGMP operations preferred.
Experience in aseptic manufacturing, fill-finish operations, or sterile pharmaceutical production strongly preferred.

Our Compensation and Benefits
At Ferring,basesalary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and isdeterminedusing a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $83,000, which is the reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount paid may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities,educationand primary work location. Additional compensation for this role will be provided based on competitive annual incentive compensation targets in the form of an annual bonus - payouts are based on individual and company performance.
