MSG Entertainment Holdings, LLC is hiring a Specialist Digital Content to create best-in-class social media content for MSG Entertainment’s Live, Marquee, and Rockettes businesses, with a focus on increasing revenue and growing the customer base through impactful storytelling.

The ideal candidate will have design, photo, and video experience (TikTok & Reels) and an eye for detail, working cross-functionally to develop content for show coverage, upcoming events, and partnerships, including

Qualifications

• 3+ years in live music, entertainment, events or agency in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of social media with ability to tailor creative for results.
• Proficient in social content creation and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere).
• Interpersonal skills to work across environments and with artists.
• Highly organized with strong project and budget management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategy for short-form video across MSG venues.
• Film, edit, and produce a high volume of compelling video content.
• Lead on-site shoots and provide creative direction in real time.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop social concepts and final pieces.
• Cover 50+ events annually, capturing real-time content for social media.
• Schedule and post engaging content daily across platforms.
• Analyze post-performance data for weekly reporting and strategy updates.
• Stay up to date on trends to drive traffic and reach.
• Coordinate with marketing, archives, photo/video, legal, and other departments.
• Assist Manager, Digital Content with budget and licenses.

The ideal candidate will have experience in design, photo and video (specifically TikTok & Reels), and possess a deep understanding of how people digest and engage with social content, an eye for detail, and a passion for liveevents. This position willwork cross-functionally both internally and externally to develop content for show coverage, upcoming events, company tentpoles, marketingpartnerships, andmore.

What will you do?

• Developand implementsocial media strategyforshort-form video content on Reels and TikTok for allMSGE venues andplatforms,with an emphasis on The Rockettes.
• Film, edit, and produce a high volume of compelling video contentshowcasingevents, performances, behind-the-scenes moments, etc.
• Lead on-site shoots from social side, helping with creative directionin real time
• Working cross-functionally todevelopsocial concepts andexecutefinal pieces for posting
• Cover 50+ events annually, capturing real-time content for social media and producing post-production videos
• Execute daily scheduling and posting of engaging video content across platforms.
• Analyzepost performancedatafor weekly reporting andto informfuturestrategy
• Stay up to date on current trends and research ways toincrease traffic and stay current.
• Work closely and proactively with marketing, communications, archives, photo/video, legal, and other relevant departments
• Assist Manager, Digital Content in managing budget andmusiclicenses
• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?

• 3+years of experienceworking inlive music,entertainment, eventsor agency settingin a similar role
• Deep understanding of socialwith the ability to best tailorcreative foreffectiveresults
• Proficient in socialmedia content creationand working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshopand Premiere
• Versatile interpersonal skills and professionalism to work across multiple environments and departments, including interaction withartists
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project and budget management skills, critical thinking, and a solutions-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities and delivering on time.
• Ability to work autonomously yet also able tosyncaccordingly with full cross-department planning

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Must beavailablenights / weekends as needed for live coverage during gamesand events

Pay Range

$65,000—$90,000 USD
