HP is seeking a Collaboration Specialist to own Video/Voice solution focused selling within strategic accounts, working closely with the Account Executive to win new business and expand existing opportunities.

You will drive pipeline, craft value propositions, and deliver forward-thinking services that meet client needs in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. Travel and relocation support available to enable engagement with key customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving business growth.
• Experience in managing sales processes and building customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities.

Description

The Collaboration Specialist is responsible for owning the Video/Voice Solution focused selling activities aligned to an overall account strategy and the Account Executive (AE) with existing or new accounts. This role focuses on driving innovation, value proposition, account acquisition, pipeline management, and strategic collaboration, and delivering forward-thinking service offerings that address client needs in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $162,050 to $254,450 USD annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
