Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company seeks a Specialist, Bundled Client Services to manage assigned caseloads, ensuring plans are administered per documents and agreements. You will collaborate with producers, clients, accountants, and attorneys in ongoing plan administration and sponsor meetings.

As a Specialist, you’ll handle assigned caseloads to assure that plans are administered according to the plan documents and agreements with the client. You will manage relationship with clients by working with producers, clients, accountants and attorneys in design and ongoing administration of plans, providing assistance to clients with governmental audits, preparing and conducting plan sponsor/participant meetings, providing expertise to sales personnel in the design, development and presentation to prospective customers.
Reports to Operations Division Manager or Unit Manager and does not have direct reports.
