Job summary

Nagarro is seeking an experienced Associate Principal Engineer to lead Infor M3 development and integrations. The role demands deep Infor M3 expertise, OS/ION/MEC proficiency, and strong collaboration with business users across a US-facing delivery model.

You will design, implement, and support data exchange across enterprise apps, drive upgrades and cloud migrations, and produce detailed technical docs. This role is full-time and on-site in the US region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of Infor M3 development and integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Infor OS, ION, MEC, M3 APIs, Data Lake, and Enterprise Collaborator.
• Proficient in SQL, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Experience with troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate requirements with business users into technical solutions.
• Experience with upgrades, cloud migrations, testing, and releases.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support ION workflows, document flows, API Gateway, and event-driven integrations.
• Develop and troubleshoot custom solutions, extensions, SQL queries, reports, and data migration activities.

• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support application upgrades, cloud migrations, testing, deployments, and release management.
• Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and knowledge transfer materials.

Role Summary

Experienced Infor M3 Technical Consultant with 5-7 years of expertise in Infor M3 development, Infor OS, ION integrations, APIs, MEC, and cloud/on-premise system integrations. Responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise integrations while ensuring seamless data exchange across business applications.
