Job summary

DSB Technologies is seeking a Specialist for the 3rd shift in Janesville, WI. This full-time role starts on the 3rd shift (8pm–6am) with a weekend structure and opportunities to grow within the STEPS program.

Salary starts at $16.50 per hour with potential increases to $19.52 per hour and includes a $2.50 shift differential for 3rd shift workers. Benefits include vacation, healthcare, 401(k), life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and other employer-paid programs.

3rd Shift 8pm to 6am, Sunday night - Wednesday night (3 day weekends!) 2-20 minute paid breaks

Grow your earnings with our STEPS Program! Start at $16.50/hour, earn a wage increase in 90 days, and progress up to $19.52/hour within 12 months. 3rd shift employees receive an additional $2.50/hour shift differential.

Position Expectations:

• Completion of assigned tasks per work instructions.

Position Requirements:

• Completion of assigned task as directed by the leadership.
• Completion of task per the provided work instructions or per provided deviation.
• Work to the stated rate listed on the job.
• Record all documentation requirements accurately and honestly.
• Record all Plex transactions accurately and honestly.Report all production issues to leadership.
• Only work on tasks for which you have been certified (Signed off on a training log).
• Adhere to all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Employees are expected to adhere to the attendance policy, be able to work as a team, and exhibit a positive attitude in support of all QOS goals.
• Employees are expected to provide effective and positive communication regarding production related issues to all team members, across all shifts.
• Support, promote, and perform in a manner consistent with continuous improvement goals and the values of DSB Technologies,LLC. which includes following the policies, procedures, and requirements of our Quality Management and IS0 14001 Environmental Management Systems
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.
