Asicare is seeking a Special Services Technician in the Baltimore, MD area. This full-time role involves field cleaning tasks dispatched from the employee's home and covering the DMV region.

Responsibilities include floor and window cleaning, carpet care, and pressure-washing, with duties ranging from routine cleaning to maintenance and safety compliance. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation.
• Must pass background check.
• Willing to work throughout the DMV area.
• Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies.
• Must be able to do physical work and operate power equipment.
• Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments.
• Ability to follow directions from a supervisor.
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Be dispatched daily to jobs. Team member gets dispatched from their home, not a central office.
• Keeps premises of building in clean and orderly condition.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Often using ladders and extensions.
• Clean and supply restrooms.
• Remove waste, empty trash, and transport to the trash receptible.
• Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected.
• Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Keep cleaning instruments neat and cleaned.
• Keep open communication with Manager regarding the status of projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Strip, scrub, seal, and refinish floors.
• Removed stains from rugs

ASI is looking for team members to work for our special services department.

Type of work includes Floor-care, carpet-care, window cleaning, construction cleaning, trailer cleaning, and pressure-washing.

• Be dispatched daily to jobs. Team member get’s dispatched from their home not a central office.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid drivers license and have their own transportation.

• Must be whiling to work throughout the DMV area.
• Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies
• Must be able to do physical work and operate power equipment.
• Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments
• Ability to follow directions from a supervisor
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism
• Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team.

Preferred but not required

• 1 yr of similar work experience.
• Have the flexibility to be on call 24/7 and be a part of our emergency response team.
• Ability to operate Lifts; Certification classes to operate lifts are offered by Sentral.
• Ability to operate Floor maintenance machinery
• Ability to operate pressure-washing machinery.
• Ability to operate Carpet maintenance machinery.
