Job summary

Core One is seeking a personnel security professional to support industrial security requirements for National security programs. The role involves reviewing policies, ensuring compliance with INDSEC directives, and managing security documentation.

You will verify and track Facility Clearances using NISS, update NCCS DD Form 254s, and monitor CATMS/ServiceNow for status changes. The position requires a BS/related field, TS/SCI clearance, and at least 3 years in personnel security, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Minimum 3 years in personnel security, with recent experience.
• Experience reviewing INDSEC policies, directives and guidance.
• Proficient in verifying Facility Clearance status using NISS and tracking it.

Responsibilities

• Review INDSEC policies and update DCSA guidance as directed.
• Assess PWS/SOW to ensure security verbiage compliance.
• Use NISS to verify and track FCL; report changes to INDSEC Manager.
• Draft, review, and revise DD Form 254s per NCCS guidance.
• Monitor CATMS/ServiceNow and related systems; report KPI data.

Responsibilities

• Review policies, directives, instructions related to Industrial Security (INDSEC);
  provide suggested changes and update current DCSA policies as directed by the DCSA
  INDSEC Program Manager.
• Review Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure
  compliance with industrial security verbiage.
• Using National Industrial Security System (NISS) verify and track Facility Clearance (FCL)
  status related to DCSA Acquisitions efforts. Provide updates regarding any changes to FCL to
  INDSEC Program Manager.
• Using National Industrial Security Program (NISP) Contract Classification System (NCCS)
  draft, review, and revise DD Form 254s as directed by the INDSEC Program Manager.
• Monitor and update the DCSA Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)
  ServiceNow, and other systems as directed.
• Track metrics for the DCSA Director’s KPI Reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in area related to the position
• TS/SCI Clearance
• 3 years of experience conducting personnel security, with at a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Experience with reviewing policies, directives, instructions, guidance related to Industrial Security (INDSEC)
• Using National Industrial Security System (NISS) verify and track Facility Clearance (FCL) status related to DCSA Acquisitions efforts
• Monitor and update the DCSA Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) ServiceNow, and other systems as directed.

Salary

• $85,000 - $90,000
