Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services in Florida is hiring a casual Security Officer – Response. The role varies by day and event, including customer service, patrols, and surveillance, demanding agility and precise execution.

You will monitor premises, control access, respond to incidents, and document events. Shifts run 4:00 PM - Midnight or Midnight - 8:00 AM. Must be 21+, have a FL security D license, and be able to work in the U.S.—with GardaWorld offering growth opportunities and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Willing to undergo extensive screening
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem solving skills
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Must have Florida security D license
• Driving post: 21+ with valid driver's license and clean record

Responsibilities

• Set schedule: You must be able to work any day and be available to cover shifts from 4:00 PM - Midnight AND/OR Midnight - 8:00 AM. Schedule may change based upon business needs.

Qualifications For Response Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You must have your FL security D license
• This is a Driving Post. You must be 21 years of age or older with valid driver's license and clean driving record
