GardaWorld Security Services in Midland, TX is seeking a casual Response Security Officer to support events and daily operations. You’ll adapt to changing assignments, provide customer service, conduct patrols, and maintain security with vigilance.

Ideal candidates are 21+ with a valid driver's license, clear MVR, and the ability to pass screening. Training is provided and uniform is supplied; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have a VALID DL and CLEAR MVR.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

As a casual Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• MUST be over the age of 21
• MUST have a VALID DL and CLEAR MVR
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
