Job description

A Special Projects Plumber is a skilled professional with multiple years of experience in their trade. You will have an opportunity for continued career progression. You’ll create with your hands, working outdoors in different environments, and tell your family and friends “I helped build that”.

Your pay:Depends on experience. Annual reviews and pay increases.

Your main Tasks:

  • Work safely no matter what. Safety is our highest priority.
  • Lay out and install commercial pipes in a wide variety of job settings.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angles.
  • Install hangers to hold pipes in place.
  • Work at heights, from ladders, lifts, or roof.
  • Install plumbing fixtures.
  • Usea variety of power& hand tools.
  • Help teach Apprentices on the job site.

Experience or Certification needed:

  • 4 years of Commercial Plumbing experience.
  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
  • OSHA 10 preferred.

You need to be able to;

  • Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • Work as a team.
  • Do Basic “Tape measure math”
  • Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
  • Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
  • Work efficiently in confined spaces.
  • Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
  • Exercise fine motor control, with good vision and excellent hand-eye coordination.
