Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Special Projects Intern to join a fast-paced, high-visibility team based in Menlo Park, CA, with in-person attendance required at least 3 days per week. You’ll contribute to strategic initiatives across the company, working with PM leaders, researchers, engineers, and finance partners from day one.

You’ll synthesize data, coordinate across stakeholders, and build frameworks to present findings clearly, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate impact in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected graduation Winter 2027/Summer 2028.
• Familiar with Bloomberg or FactSet and AI tools.
• Clear, confident communicator - written and verbal - with senior stakeholders.
• Track record of ownership and delivering without hand-holding.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-priority special projects spanning new product development, business strategy, and emerging business support across the organization.
• Partner with PM leaders, researchers, engineers, and finance teams to move initiatives forward and deliver against project goals.
• Synthesize information, build frameworks, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and structured way.
• Navigate ambiguity with confidence - managing shifting priorities and adapting your approach as project needs evolve.
• Use AI tools and relevant financial software to accelerate your work and improve the quality of your outputs.
