Salem-Keizer Public Schools is seeking a Special Programs Instructional Assistant for the 2026-27 school year to support licensed teachers in planning and implementing educational programs, including IEPs, across general and special education settings.
Work consists of 6.50 hours per day, 188 days per year, in a temporary position with benefits. The role offers a competitive hourly range of $24.03 to $30.65 and requires in-person collaboration with students and staff.
To improve student achievement by assisting a licensed teacher in the planning and implementation of an educational program, including individualized education programs (IEPs). Assigned educational programs may include both general and special education settings.
