Qualifications

• Must hold current RT(R) or RN licensure.
• American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification at HCP Level required.
• American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification required, or obtained in one year.
• Knowledge of cardiac patients, defibrillators, and Code Blue.
• Competent in caring for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Protects patient from potential injury; selects operative setups and supplies to maintain sterile technique during all procedures.
• Monitors customer service through assessment and evaluation; recommends and implements action for improving.
• Coaches and assists team members in preparation, use and maintenance of supplies and equipment; assists in training of new employees.
• Maintains knowledge of equipment, contrast media, and inventory; participates in required in-service/education and keeps certification current.
• Assists the manager in identifying and accomplishing departmental goals and objectives.

• Renders highest technical skills in physiological recordings and possesses a complete knowledge of digital radiography imaging. Become competent with pacemaker programming, testing, and implantation. REQUIREMENTS:
