Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain general procedures and equipment per protocol.
- Follow established quality systems and document all activities accurately.
- Execute tasks with high attention to safety and regulatory standards.
- Track and report key performance indicators and pipeline status weekly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet targets and milestones.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Maintain meticulous records to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
- Proactively pursue professional development and upskilling aligned to role.
- Attend daily stand-ups to communicate progress and blockers to leadership.
- Adhere to contract terms while delivering measurable outcomes within the territory.
- Support the onboarding of new team members and share best practices.
