Medical City Dallas is seeking a Special Procedures Tech PRN to support interventional radiology procedures. The role requires radiation safety compliance, IV contrast administration, and collaboration with the Interventional Radiology team.

This position is on an as-needed PRN basis with 10-hour shifts and some call requirements. Qualified candidates will hold an Associate Degree with relevant radiology credentials, including ARRRT and MRT/TX licensure, and have experience in IR preferred.

Job Summary and Qualifications

• Provides care to assist Interventional Radiologist in Specials Radiology procedures.
• Ensures Radiation safety.

Administers IV contrast in a surgical/radiological setting.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support Required
• State Registered Radiologic Technician
• MRT State of Texas
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) Required
• Certified Vascular Interventional Radiology must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
• Associate Degree
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiology technology
• 2+ years experience in IR preferred
