Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.
• RN licensure in Alabama required per facility guidelines.
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and collaborate with the care team.
• Document assessments accurately and report changes promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures and support post-procedure care.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on assessments.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure patient safety.
