Qualifications

• High School graduate; BS degree preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered with the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
• Montana license for Radiologic Technology required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Certification in area of specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform age-specific patient assessment prior to and during radiology procedures.
• Prepare the room and patient for procedures and record images.
• Utilize radiology equipment accurately and evaluate image quality.
• Provide education and communicate with patient, family, and healthcare workers.
• Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; handle stressful situations.
