Qualifications

• Developing, implementing and measuring process improvement efforts.
• Interpreting, analyzing and applying complex information, such as laws, rules or policies and arriving at conclusions or recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the personnel and activities of the Special Plates Unit.
• Plan, coordinate, develop, supervise and administer special and personalized license plate programs and ID cards.
• Review and evaluate program effectiveness and identify problems and solutions for unit operations.
• Interpret, resolve, and analyze complex vehicle titling and registration issues including third-party programs and related laws.
• Lead and coordinate meetings, assign and delegate work, and manage staff performance and development.
