Geo Owl is seeking a Special Operations Subject Matter Expert to support USCENTCOM at MacDill AFB, FL. This is a full-time CONUS role requiring an active TS/SCI clearance and coordination with military and government personnel on planning and execution of priorities.

The role focuses on developing plans, orders, and CONOPs, aligning SOF to mission priorities, and advising leadership on employment of forces. A robust background in special operations and joint HQ experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Special Operations Enterprise.
• 3+ years at Joint or Combined Command HQ.
• TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and apply Special Operations expertise for developing plans, orders, and CONOPs.
• Align Special Operations support to USCENTCOM mission and Commander's priorities.
• Provide expertise to planning, plans coordination, and synchronizing full spectrum special operations.
• Advise USCENTCOM Commander on employment and utilization of SOF.
• Analyze and ensure synchronization of special operations planning across DoD, IA, Allied, Coalition activities.
• Provide FOIA/MDR coordination support.

Job description

We are currently seeking a Special Operations Subject Matter Expert to support operations inMacDill AFB, FL.This position is contingent on contract award.This is afull-time, CONUSposition requiring an active DoDTS/SCILevel clearance.
As a Special Operations Subject Matter Expert, you will support U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) at MacDill AFB, Florida. This position works alongside military and government personnel to support operational and strategic requirements, joint planning efforts, and mission objectives across the CENTCOM area of responsibility. You will provide subject matter expertise, contribute to planning and coordination efforts, and support senior leaders in executing USCENTCOM priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and apply Special Operations expertise for developing plans, orders, and CONOPs
• Align Special Operations support to USCENTCOM mission and Commander's priorities
• Provide expertise to planning, plans coordination, and synchronizing full spectrum special operations

Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.
