Job summary

Clark-Pleasant Community School seeks a Title I Content Instructional Assistant GCE and WES to support students with special needs and provide targeted instruction. The role reports to the Building Principal and follows an 183-day calendar with 6.75 hours per day, paid under the classified pay model.

The ideal candidate will have experience with special needs students and ideally hold a teacher's license. This is an hourly, non-exempt position in Grassy Creek and Whiteland Elementary Schools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with special needs.
• Teacher's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and tutor students with special needs
• Provide small group one on one instruction to students in need
• Respect the individual's right to privacy
• To participate in staff development programs
• To perform other duties assigned by the building principal
