Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 24 semester hours in special education, early childhood education, child/adolescent development, elementary or secondary education, youth development or related field.
• 24 additional semester hours coursework or experience matching the 4-year program equivalent.
• Experience with child development, early intervention, special education, and inclusive practices.
• Knowledge of evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches for birth-18 years.
• Ability to conduct observations and assessments and to design/monitor supports.
• Familiarity with IDEA and Rehabilitation Act as they apply to programs.
• Experience with practice-based coaching and adult training delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication; collaboration with families and partners.
