Job summary

Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) & Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) are seeking enthusiastic educators to support children with special needs in an early intervention program. You will teach cognitive, social-emotional and motor skills throughout the day in a patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CDA preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in classroom setting with developmentally at-risk children.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
• Must be able to work with children birth to age 18 and families who are at risk.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and Internet usage.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Teach cognitive, social-emotional and motor skills throughout the day.
• Help prepare young children for meaningful lives.
• Collaborate with licensed therapists, nurses and colleagues to provide coordinated care.
• Engage with families to communicate progress and support at-home activities.
