Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Special Needs Caregivers (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings in Lehigh County, PA. This part-time role offers flexible shifts and a rewarding career helping clients build life skills and independence.

You will provide personal care, transportation to appointments and outings, and engage clients in hobbies.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Special Needs Caregivers (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) throughout Lehigh County, PA.

In this rewarding role, you'll provide one-on-one support in home and community settings, serving as both a mentor and companion while helping individuals build life skills, gain independence, and achieve their personal goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact as a Special Needs Caregiver (DSP):

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Provide clients with transportation on errands, appointments and community outings
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities
