Job summary

24 Hour Home Care - Caregiver Division is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will follow individualized plans, provide updates to the care team, and deliver non-medical services in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and light housekeeping. CA pay ranges from $16.90 to $20 per hour, depending on location and services required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in-home support to children, teens and adults with I/DDs.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and report progress to care team.
• Two references; at least one confirms disability-related experience.
• Proof of negative TB results; accommodations or waivers may be available.
• CPR and First Aid certification for adults, children and infants (reimbursement available).

The Role:

In this role, you will provide in-home care to children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs). You will follow individualized client care plans and provide periodic progress updates to the care team.

Services may include: personal care (bathing/showering & toileting assistance), meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. *Services provided are non-medical*

Pay rates vary based on client location and services required. Expected CA pay rate for current in-home shifts ranges from $16.90 to $20/hour.

• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to travel to different cities (highly desired)

Pay rates for this position are set by assignment and may vary depending on client location and services required. Expected CA pay rate for current assignments is set at:

$16.90 - $20 USD
