Sanofi seeks a Special Markets Specialist to support diverse contracting programs across multiple Therapeutic Areas. You will manage contract execution, rebates, and pricing, acting as the primary liaison for field sales and internal teams.
The role requires strong finance/analytics background, proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and familiarity with Model N FLEX and SAP. Collaborative cross-functional work and SOX compliance are key.

Responsible for supporting diverse contracting programs across Specialty portfolios, including Immunology, Synvisc, Lemtrada, Rare Blood, Thymo, Rezurock, Rare Disease, and Neurology. Manages Specialty Pharmacy rebate processing and contract execution within the administration system.
This role oversees complex contract strategies across multiple Specialty sub-segments, including Direct and Indirect contracts. Key duties include drafting customer agreements, accurate loading of contracts and amendments, eligibility, pricing, and customer measurement. Serves as the primary contact for field sales and internal teams on inquiries, such as new contracts, amendments, pricing and eligibility.
Collaborates closely with the Associate Director and cross-functional teams including Contract Development, Finance, Legal, Pricing, Trade, Government Affairs, Access Strategy, and Digital.
The role includes functional oversight of Specialty Contract Operations resources, coordination for new product launch readiness, cash flow forecasting, pricing action management, SOX compliance, and management reporting.

The salary range for this position is:
$122,250.00 - $176,583.33
