EHOVE Career Center is seeking knowledgeable instructors to share expertise by teaching part-time courses in Adult Education. We are looking for specialists who can deliver engaging, practical lessons to adults in a flexible schedule.

Areas of need currently include Home Improvement and Trades, Decorating and Crafting, and Culinary and Baking. We welcome new and creative course ideas and experience working with adult learners.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in a subject area or hobby and able to share knowledge.
• Willing to teach part-time courses.
• Open to new and creative course ideas.

Responsibilities

• Teach part-time courses to adult learners.
• Prepare and adapt lesson materials for diverse learners.
• Help students develop practical skills in home improvement, decorating, crafts, and cooking.

Job description

Adult Education is looking for individuals who are knowledgeable in a subject area or special interest hobby and would like to share this knowledge by teaching part-time courses.

Areas of Specific Need Currently Are:

• Home Improvement and Trades (i.e. general handyman skills, home repair for women, welding, small engine maintenance & repair)
• Decorating and Crafting (i.e. chunky hand-knit blankets, flower arranging, photography, pottery, ceramics, quilting)
• Culinary and Baking (i.e. cookie baking and decorating, pastries, grilling/smoking meats)
