Job‑Type: Full‑Time

Full‑Time employees receive our comprehensive compensation package which includes 100% employer‑paid Medical insurance with outlook options for your dependents, Employee and Dependent Dental and Vision plans, Employee Assistance Program, ESOP and 401k plans, 8 Paid Holidays, Paid Sick and Paid Vacation time earned on an accrued basis. The pay range for this position is $32.62‑44.94 paid hourly; offers will be based on the successful candidate’s experience.

Role and Responsibilities

Perform complex tests and record detailed observations related to project requirements.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate project records.

Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to other technicians.

Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and project specifications.

Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during field activities.

Ability to understand and read plans and specifications that are applicable to the inspection duties and requirements.

Knowledge of the California Building Code (CBC), International Building Code (IBC), ASTM Standards, ACI Standards and AWS Standards.

Ability to clearly write daily field reports and non‑conformance reports.

Exercise high levels of ethics.

Education and Experience
  • Completed technical training in a relevant field.
  • Nationally recognized certifications required; at least one ICC certification for those with 2‑5 years of experience.
  • 2‑5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • In‑depth knowledge of safety practices and procedures in fieldwork environments.
  • Appropriate I.C.C., A.C.I., A.W.S. and/or Nuclear Gauge certifications.
  • Two years of construction related experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid California Driver’s License, maintain a clean driving record.
