Job summary

LifeLine Ambulance Illinois is seeking experienced Special Event Paramedics to join our team. You will provide on-site medical care at large events, such as concerts and sporting events, in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Responsibilities include delivering pre-hospital care under Region XI CNEMS Standing Medical Orders, assessing patients, and administering medications as trained, with emphasis on patient safety and teamwork across event sites.

Qualifications

• Illinois Department of Public Health licensure as a Paramedic.
• Current CPR card.
• Must pass Region XI CNEMS Paramedic System Entry process.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Consent to a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift/push/pull at least 150+ lbs.

• Respond to emergency medical situations and provide care that coincides with the Region XI Standing Medical Orders and level of training.

As a Special Event Paramedic with LifeLine, you will be responsible for providing on-site medical care to large crowds at various events such as concerts, sporting events, and more. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, maintaining your composure in extremely stressful situations to assess medical situations and perform emergency lifesaving procedures.
