Job summary

Toussaint Productions is seeking energetic, reliable individuals to join as Special Event Assistants. You’ll help weddings and events run smoothly, assisting with setup of DJ equipment, lighting, and effects, and ensuring guests have a great experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Special Event Assistant, you’ll play a key role in making weddings and events run smoothly. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with setup and breakdown of DJ equipment and special effects
• Supporting event operations, including audio, lighting, and effects (fog machines, indoor sparklers, etc.)
• Helping guests with photo booth use and overall event experience
• Working closely with the DJ to keep events on schedule
• Maintaining, organizing, and troubleshooting equipment
