The Menta Education Group is seeking a Special Education Transition Teacher to educate a small group of motivated students in a unique open-concept workspace in Chicago. The role emphasizes social-emotional learning in an inquiry-based environment and requires collaboration with diverse staff.
Hours are 6:45am-2:15pm CT, Monday-Friday following the school calendar. Direct hire with the school, sign-on bonus offered for Special Education Teachers, and a focus on student transition readiness.
As a Special Education Transition Teacher at The Menta Education Group, you will have the freedom and ability to educate a small group of students in a unique, open‑concept work‑space environment. Our social‑emotional learning environments offer engaged and inquiry‑based academics combined with a P.B.I.S. structure.
Location: 605 S. Albany Ave. Chicago, IL 60612
Hours: 6:45am-2:15pm CT, Monday-Friday, following a school calendar
Employment Type: Direct Hire with our school – Return school year after school year (no annual contract)
