Job summary

Great Hearts Academies seeks a dedicated Special Education Teaching Assistant (K-5) at the Monte Vista South campus in San Antonio, TX. You will support students in both general education and SPED resource settings under certified teachers, ensuring a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.

The assistant will work to support students in all settings on campus under the direction of and in collaboration with the certified Special Education teachers and General Education teachers. Educational Aide certification I, II, or III preferred.Physical Functions: Requires but is not limited to standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching.
