Qualifications

• High school degree or higher; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Educational Aide certification I, II, or III preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports students in small groups or 1:1.
• Assists students with assignments, homework, projects.
• Adapts materials and provides modifications to help students learn.
• Reinforces classroom rules and SDI concepts.
• Assists with transitions and activities; supports personal hygiene needs.
• Provides general clerical support for the ESS Team.
• Attends meetings and trainings; helps maintain an organized workspace.
