Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Special Education Teacher for a contract role to support a preschool-aged student in a long-term care facility. You will deliver individualized instruction totaling 10 hours weekly across multiple days, tailoring plans to IEP goals and collaborating with care professionals and families to support holistic development.

Experience with preschoolers and IEP implementation is essential.

As the Special Education Teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role, delivering instruction for a total of 10 hours each week, distributed across a minimum of three days. Key Qualifications:
