Compensation

Capital Preparatory Schools offers competitive salaries for first‑year Illuminators (teachers), ranging from $62,784 for non‑certified bachelor’s degree holders to $79,200 for those with a master’s degree and certification. Salary is commensurate with years of lead teaching experience, education level and certification status. Capital Preparatory Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full‑time, full‑year exempt position.
