Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in North Windham, CT. You will work with students with special needs, using your expertise to develop and implement individualized education plans in collaboration with parents and school staff.

Ideal candidates have strong IEP data collection skills, experience with autism, and a Spanish-speaking asset. We offer relocation assistance, a spread pay plan, professional development stipends, and other

Qualifications

• CT 165 SpEd Comprehensive K-12 license or K-5 is required.
• Active Special Education (165) CDE Certification is required.
• At least two years of experience working with students with Autism.
• IEP data collection knowledge is required.
• Working knowledge of IEP Direct is preferred.
• Elementary school SPED experience preferred.
• Current PMT or CPI training preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is an asset.
